• Original JEE (Main)-2017 Admit Card (downloaded from CBSE website duly affixed with your photograph) & one self-attested photocopy.
• JEE (Main)-2017 Rank Card inoriginal/Internet download copy of the same and one self attested copy.
• Note-It is essential to have one of the above documents amongst the Admit Card or Rank Card with photo as issued by the JEE (Main)-2017. There shall be No counseling without producing one of these documents.
• 10th Class Marks sheet (in original) & one self-attested photocopy.
• 12th Class Marks sheet (in original)/Internet Downloaded copy & one self-attested photocopy.
• SC/ST Certificate (in original), if applicable and one self-attested photocopy.
• Mandate form(Duly filled) for refund of fee
