Dear aspirant,

There is no separate eligibility criteria for partial droppers. So you can give jee mains at a maximum of three consecutive years and 75% criteria has been dropped this year too

Hi

There is no separate eligibility criteria for partial dropper that is those aspirants who have already enrolled in a course after 12th

Eligibility criteria says that to be eligible  for JEE mains 2021 for BE or Btech you should be either appearing for 12th board exam or equivalent  in 2021 or should have passed it in 2020 or 2019 with Physics,  mathematics and anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject.

Now,

As you have passed your 12th in 2020 you are eligible for JEE mains 2021 and jee main 2022 too even if you are a partial dropper  and also eligible for JEE advanced 2021

For detailed information go through

Also,

-)There's a change in your jee mains examination pattern .In your jee mains 2021 paper -1 , there will be 30 questions in each of physics chemistry and mathematics . Out of 30 questions in each subject ,20 questions are MCQs and rest 10 questions are questions with numerical value as the answer , out of which only 5 questions are  to be attempted.

-) for this year 2021 there is no minimum percentage requirement in 12th to be eligible for  nits cfti , iiits, iits etc, you just need to have your 12th  i. e the minimum percentage requirement of 75% in 12th or 65% in 12th in case of SC ST category has been lifted off for the year 2021

Now, limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so to prepare well for your jee examination, go through chapters first and your focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.

If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you

Thankyou

Hi Aspirant,

The eligibility criteria remains the same .There is no age limit for appearing in JEE Main. However for droppers you should pass class 12th in 2019-2020 or you should be appearing in the exam in 2021.However Candidates who have passed Class 12th in 2018 or before are not eligible.

Hope it helps!!
