150 marks is a decent score ; according to last year's trends ; exam difficulty level and other gosips and responses of students your expected rank may be around 12-15 thousand ( vary according to exact conditions ).

So you should wait for the exact ranking because anything can happen ( because it will depend upon other students performance also.).
