According to your rank, it will be not possible for you to get any NIT because for obc ncl, you need to secure a rank of below 15000 to stand a chance in any branch of any NIT.
You can try in a few GFTI's like-
Assam University, Silchar
Sant Longowal institute of technology
School of Engineering and Technology, Aizawl
But, I would suggest you to not go for them because you will not be able to get any top branch in these GFTI's.
