For JEE mains the questions come equally distributed from every chapter. So, you should not consider any chapter more important. Now, speaking of the chapters of math where you can score easily are sequence and series, permutations and combination, matrix, determinant, differentiation. These chapters are small and come with fewer theory to cover.
So, you can consider studying for them if you want to get marks easily.
