As per the BCECE 2018 counselling Procedure. You can't make changes in choice filling in 2nd round of seat allotment.

Registration & Choice Filling is one time option for all those candidates who is included in published result of PCM group of BCECE-2018.

No chances will be given at the time of 2nd/3rd round of seat allotment.
