No, you are not supposed to carry JIPMER application form.

Here are the things that you are required to carry to the examination hall:

• JIPMER MBBS 2018 admit card
• Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar card or e-Aadhaar/Passport)
• Photocopy of the ID proof

Here is a list of things that you should not carry with you:

• Electronic devices (e.g. mobile phones, smart/programmable watches, smartphones, calculators, iPAD, tabs, electronic watches, etc.),
• Slide rule, log books, study material of any type, geometry box, written or white (blank) paper/piece of paper, wallets, etc.
• Ornaments, head gear, hair band, hair clips, belt, bags, credit cards and debit card.
