Can you please elaborate on what exactly you need based on the above statement, because your statement can be interpreted for many ways. Alsthough JIPMER general details is given below.

JIPMER candidate applicaiton form was released on march 6,2019 and it has been closed on april12,2019. Im sorry but you cannot apply now for JIPMER as the applications are closed for JPMER2019. 

JIPMER . Jawaharlal Institute of postgraduate medical education and research, Puducherry, conducts its own Entrance exam for medical aspirants . The exam is held in june 2, 2019 . 
There is no availablity of offline applications. 

Also, there is no portal for corrections or alterations once you have already submitted and registered. Within alloted time only you can register. Incomplete JIPMER Applications are also being rejected. You also have to fulfil certain eligiblity criteria too. 

SO Sorry if you wanted to apply now but you can not apply now. But you can sure contact them if they have any management seats or if there are any other possiblities to get in. BUt as far as I know for now you can't. 

• Applicaiton forms can be completed only after submission of all necessary documents. 
• You can correct the errors once you realise after filling the application for but you need to re register and re-fill the form and the old form will be deleted automatically.
