Hey !

If until the last round of counselling , you are not alloted a seat . Then the fee which you paid in the form of refundable security deposit , which will surely be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. It may take some time as it is a long process and there are so many students .  But you will surely get the refundable amount back.
