To join defence you should cross the cutoff of exams conducted by defence authorities.Their are so many exams to join defence and so  many fields are there such as navy, air force etc .some of the exams are given below:-

• CDS
• National defence academy and naval academy
• Afcat exam
• Central armed police forces
• Indian coast guard
• UPSC or the Union Public Service Commission conducts the exam of Combined Defence Services (CDS) twice a year for different branches of the Indian Armed Forces including Air Force, Army and Navy. The exams are usually conducted in the months of February and November. Candidates must be graduates in order to apply for the CDS exam.
