No,the JOSAA (Joint seat allocation authority )counseling are open it is set up by the ministry of Education.This includes 23 IITs,  31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs and 30 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs) ,in the year 2020-2021,

JOSAA registration starts from oct 6  on official website you can get into round 1 on oct 17,Last date of registration is oct 15 ,First mock seat allocation oct 12,2020.Round 2 start 22 to 23 ,Round 3 start from oct 27 to 28,Round 4 oct 31 to nov 1 start,Round 5 Nov 4 to 5 ,Round 6 start from nov 7,
