As I have stated earlier that JSOS (Jharkhand State Open School board) is an open educational board functioning in Jharkhand and is the conducting body for 10th and 12th examinations at state. The official website can be reached out at https://www.jsos.ac.in/ and is functioning well as of now.  Also if there if some news about the board closing you can confirm that by calling the the board itself at 0651 255 1111. Even if it doesn't work you can we visit the the place in person and verify the facts. If the board has been closed then it's certificates or degrees will not be considered as legal and cannot be used for future references.
