According to a report dated 13th July 2020 in the leading news paper Times of India, the Lucknow High Court has finally given the verdict about the Jharkhand State Open School (JSOS). The board has ruled out that JSOS is a bogus and fictitious board therefor is not valid. The certificates obtained from this board by students are not legitimate and therefore will not be considered authentic during admission.
