No there would be no any problem in future if you complete your studies from JSOS  board. See JSOS stands for Jharkhand State Open School board and it is responsible for conducting board exams for classes 10th and 12th at state level for Jharkhand state. Few months back there were many rumors spreading around on social media that JSOS is no more valid but the fact is, it is a government recognized board. It is recognized by Government of Jharkhand and there is no any official notification for any kind of dissolvement of that board so don't worry if you have passed out you classes from that board.

Don't believe on rumors.
