Yes jsos is a valid board and there will be no problem as  jsos is Jharkhand State of Open School  and was set up in the year 2014 and registered with the Government of Jharkhand, it has also submitted membership for cobse which is council of boards of school education in India under Ministry of Human Resource development , gov. Of  India
