Out of the colleges you have mentioned,  Dyal singh college is better than the other is seen in terms of rankings and infrastructure. While,  Shivaji and Rajdhani college are also not bad.  And rest depends upon the course you want to pursue .So,  pleass mention your preferred course so that i can help you better.
