Hello aspirant, 

I guess you are talking about B category seats also called Management Quota Seats. You have to apply via B Category if you do not have a domicile of that particular state.

You need to contact the college directly for direct admissions in there. And the fees for theese colleges is usually more than 40 lakhs.
