The admission list for ITI Khalari (and other ITIs in Jharkhand) usually comes out in August–September after the counseling rounds. For the Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) trade, the cutoffs are usually mid-range, so with a decent rank you can expect to get selected. Keep checking the official Jharkhand ITI website or district ITI office notice board for updates.
