For giving MNS exam, the eligibility criteria is to have 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. As you have done GNM, it must be possible that you have done class 12. So, if you have 50% aggregate in above mentioned subjects, you can surely appear for Military Nursing Examination.
