KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research is one of the reputed colleges in India and it accepts only CAT, XAT, CMAT and GMAT scores. Most of the seats are for CAT and it requires a minimum of 85 percentile in CAT. It does not consider MAT scores. In fact through MAT you won't get any tier 1 or 2 colleges but you can get some decent colleges Like

BIMTECH Noida
ISB&M Pune
JIMS Rohini
Jaipuria Institute of Management
NDIM New Delhi
BIMM Pune
Christ University Bangalore

These are pretty decent and offer good placements and they have a good reputation in industry also. So with some additional efforts you can easily bag an average compensation package of 7-8 lakhs.
