For getting a government job you generally need to clear government exams. Although you may get a government contract which states that you will get employment for a certain time but it is not permanent.

For getting a permanent secured job, you will need to give at least SSC MTS which a 10th passed student can give. Other exams include SSC CHSL, SSC CGL, UPSC, State PCS, banking exams etc.
