The basic eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Business Management Eligibility is that a candidate shall have passed 12th examination (H.S.C. 10 +2) from any stream with English as passing subject and has secured 45% marks at 12th under a recognised board.So, you are eligible to apply for BBM.

Yes, you can easily take admission in BBM even after completing your 12th from arts. Stream doesn't matter for the admission in BBM, you maybe from any stream. You can apply in various private colleges and universities that are there for BBM, it would provide you good hrougr for MBA later.
