The answer may be yes and a no. You can go for Diploma in Agriculture/Agricultural engineering after 12th Arts. You cannot take BSc Agriculture after 12th arts.

If you want to know if you can go for BSc Agriculture course after 12th Arts, it is quite impossible. This is because the eligibility for BSc Agriculture is 50-60% in your class 10+2 science with physics chemistry and biology.

On the other hand, taking in consideration your SSLC/HSC qualification(10th class), you can go for Diploma in Agriculture or Agricultural engineering(2 year course). Diploma in Agriculture is a full-time regular course. After completing this diploma, you can go for BSC Agriculture or B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering in many colleges.
