Yes it's possible to check the result without mobile no. All you need is your roll no. And your  date of birth.
Its also varries acc. To the exam you took because at some to get your result you have to provide other credentials.

Hey dear kindly follow these steps to see your result for jee after 1 pm

• Open any one of the official websites - jeemain.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in or results.nic.in
• One homepage, you will find the link for JEE Main Exam, click on it 
• You will be redirected to the results page
• Enter your registration number/roll number, name and date of birth. Click on submit
• Your result will be displayed
