Hii Manoj it's not compulsory to give the cast certificate in English you can give it in hindi too no one will say anything to you it's upto you wether you want it in hindi or english because cast certificate is something which is very important and is required everywhere

No there is nothing such that but if its in english it would be easy for them to verify but all the cast certificate would have cast name in english too so nothing to worry.
