Yes, you can apply for icar after 12th i.e candidates who are seeking admission in ICAR AIEEA 2020 UG programmes must make sure that they have qualified their 12th standard of the CBSE Board or any other examination within scope and standard which is equivalent to the Senior Secondary Examination of a recognised Indian Board/University.
