Look you can't take medical in class 11.
You have to choose Physics Chemistry Biology and some other subjects if you want to study MBBS in future.
And you also have to give NEET for that.
Now about you studies in research field,you can study as much as you can and do researches on your own .
But if you want a proper process then you have to do your graduation , post-graduation and then you can do researches.
