Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, yes both obc cast certificate and obc ncl certificate both are same as only names are different. You can get obc certificate by visiting it to the nearest tehsil or S.D.M office. Validity of any category certificate is till 1 april after it you need to renew it.
