Relevant information can not be given if you don't ask proper question. You have not mentioned the college, the exam to get into the college, your caste. You must mention at least these three things before asking any question.

However if you are asking about admission through JEE Main, the answer is yes. Scholarship is given in every NITs based on family income.

Family Income less than 1 lac : Total Tuition fee is waived.

Family income greater than 1 lac but less than 5 lacs : 2/3 of tuition fee is waived.

Family income greater than 5 lacs : Total tuition fee has to be paid.

For SC, ST and PWD : Total tuition fee is waived.
