This is a state level entrance which requires domicile. Also, if you dont match up with its eligibility even then also you are eligible to get admission in private colleges of Maharashtra as 85% of the seats in private unaided engineering institutes in Maharashtra will be filled through MHT CET, while 15% seats will be filled/reserved for All India Quota based on MHT CET. 

Also, 50% aggregate in PCM is required for MHTCET.
