*Students whose parent/s are employed with  Central government ,PSUs, State undertakings and are posted in the state of Bihar.

You don't need to appear in neet exam from an examination centre in Bihar.

This is because,

Your domicile state or state of eligibility has nothing to do with the place or city from where you want to appear in NEET examination.

In the choices of cities for Neet examination centre you can choose any city  of your choice in any state across India irrespective of your domicile state or state of eligibility

So ,   even if you appear for neet examination in Gujarat or any other state you will be still eligible for 85 % Bihar state quota provided you hold the domicile of Bihar
