You should check your registered contact details such as email-id and mobile number provided during filling the form, or else you can find the application number by visiting the page at https://examinationservices.nic.in/examsys/ForgotPassword/ForgetRegistration.aspx, here you have to enter details such as your name, your parent's name, dob, security pin and submit the same.you'll get the application number.
