Yes, You can submit it. There is no restriction on submitting Documentations in laminated form at the verification centre for verification. As many people do lamination for the safety of the documents it is acceptable everywhere. The invigilator also understands that these documents must be laminated for safety purposes, and will not question you such grounds.

Its not clear what actually you want to know regarding documents. see degree certificates is prefer to remain in same condition as it was issued while you passed your courses.  however you may apply for a locker in bank and kept necessary documents or personal belongings, however if you have any more query you may ask in comment section.
