Can you please clarify your doubt you are asking about which application form for B.tech?

Yes, last date to download JEE Main admit card is 9th April, 2017. JEE Main offline exam is on 2nd April and Online exam is on 8th and 9th April.
It is advisable to download your admit card as soon as possible as if their is any mistake you can rectify it.
