Last I passed in maths With edge marks i. e 33 & overall percentage was 54% . This year gave improvement & improved in all subject except maths , in which failed. but my overall percentage is 64%. so my question :- is my improved marks in remaining 4 subject will counted in Final Results.

As you got good marks after improvement that will be displayed in your final result.
When you give a improvement and get less marks in a subject than your previous marks, generally the highest marks is displayed in the final result.
