Well if you had asked this question in 2017 or before then I would had recommended you to have a rank of 17000 to 20000 OBC rank for PIE in NIT KKR (HS) ad that too on a safer side.

But at the trend is bit changing and NIT KKR is gaining a huge popularity among the JEE aspirants because oof its better placements and improved infrastructure, so it would not be wrong to say that this year too you will see a higher cut off for NIT KKR.

So my inspection would be arpund 12k rank or below in OBC merit and you can expect PIE at KKR.
