It is difficult to predict the exact cut off as it depends on many factors like number of applicants applied for the exam, difficulty level of the exam and previous year cut off trend.

It is expected to be around 570 this year but you should try to score more then 600 marks in your NEET exam to get top colleges under 15% quota.
