I am sorry to say but you cannot add any college or any new college in the cap secound round. The college list submitted by you in the beginning is the final list that is submitted by you. You cannot modify anything after submitting the list. This is why you need to be careful while submitting the list. Also the college allotted to you will be according to the numbering of the priority of the college in the list.
