Select Universities from India, especially NLU is recognized and are garduates are allowed to give the New York Bar exam. You may not have to go for a JD degree or a LLM degree. However, you should contact them personally and ask explaining the accreditation of your University ( given yours is a state University). Foreign institutes are prompt with their replies.
