It depends on various criterias

1. The state you have domicile for- Some states have a large no. of government medical colleges while others have only a handful. In some states the level of competition is very high while in other states not so much

2. If you belong to any reserved category 

In general a score of 510-520 should be able to get you a seat in a government medical college but the range may vary drastically.
