I have already answered your question, but in case you forgot the answer, I'll tell you again.

if you are given a seat, there will no refund of a single rupee, either you take admission or not. Once the seat is allotted, there will be NO REFUND of Fee. If Candidate who are not allotted any seat after the second round or have withdrawn from counselling at any stage during first or second round will get full refund of the fees. Total fees after deducing Rs.1500 towards counselling charge will be refunded into the account which was mentioned during registration for CSAB 2019 Special Round.
