For NDA exams upper age limit is 23 years.It happens in 3 stages first an MCQ examination will happen then you will be called by them if you clear the exam.In the second stage they will check your physical ability and 3rd will be an interview

You don't need any just practice from jee books as questions asked are easy in NDA exams.You will surely clear it.

In NDA exam there is age limit it's 19.5 years if you have exceed this age than you can't give exam
For preparation there is Arihant publication for NDA that is best book to crack NDA
