As of now the colleges I know which have kashmiri migrant quota are : DTU, NSIT, PEC, IIIT D, IGDTUW, etc. Statecolleges in Maharashtra also have KMquota. These are some of the collegeswhich have KM quota. Some other universities like DU, Mumbai University,etc. also have KM quota. You may know more about it on their respective site.
