The result has been declared on 25 January 2021. If you are from other boards like CBSE, ICSE or wrote supplementary from the state board, you need to fill a form (you can find in the results Portal) and submit the form with required details. The process to download the result:

Visit the official site of AP EAMCET on apeamcet.nic.in

Click on the AP EAMCET Allotment Result 2020 link

Enter the login credentials and click on submit.

You will be redirected to anew page where you can check the result.

Download the page and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
