Can you approach your counselling centre and talk to them if possible.

Else, first check your inbox and also your spam folder. You must have got an alert of the same on mail too..Second, you must be having your login credentials, with that and your id etc get a notary affidavit done saying that your card is lost.

With the affidavit go to your nearest police station and file an FIR.

Next send a mail to the respective NEET authorities that you have lost your card and you have filed an FIR and request them to allow you to sit for the counselling.

When you go for the counselling on Monday, carry all these documents that is the affidavit, the FIR copy and also a printed copy of the mail that you have mailed them.
