I understand your concern, usually TET exams requires the application number to download the hall ticket yet the alternatives can also help such as using the registered mobile number, date of birth, your name, aadhar number and your email Id.

Just ensure to visit your respective state official TET website and search for 'Track Application Id or Candidate Id links. These require mostly of the registered mobile number and the date of birth. Enter the details and you can possibly retrieve the number via SMS or whatsapp text or E-mail.

Once you got the Id kindly note it down to remember enough and do the usual procedure such as login with password.
