Hello there,
You should have remembered these, since these are very important credentials. Try checking the inbox of your registered email id. They must have sent you the credentials during the verification process. Check the spam folders too. When you get the user id, you can change your password by clicking the 'forgot password' option. Once you recover your account, you should preserve these credentials so that you never face this problem again.
