Hi Parvez, 

There are some elite B-schools that have very low fees. FMS, Delhi is one of them. IIT's also have less fees compared to other elite colleges like IIM's.

But my personal suggestion is don't select the collge on the basis of fees only. As there are many banks tthat offer education loan at low interest rates if you get selected into any elite B-school. You can select the college based on rankings brovided by some govt. institutes.

2. JBIMS Mumbai: Fee is less than One lakhs but needs more than 99 percentile.

5. IIT Delhi: Accepts CAT score above 95v and fee is around 6lac.
