LSAT to study abroad is only for the people who completed bachelors degree in law ? Or can i appear for LSAT abroad if I am in 12th standard

LSAT is administered by an organization based in USA which is known as the Law School Admission Council or LSAC. LSAT is a widely recognized exam the score of which is a prerequisite for admission in any law school in the US, Canada and a few other nations.



Although there is no specific eligibility criteria provided by LSAC, candidates should ensure they meet the individual eligibility criteria of the special programs and universities they apply to. Generally candidates who have completed their undergraduate degree or are in the last year apply for the LSATs.

Law School Admission Test ( LSAT ) ,it is a standardized test designed to test a candidate’s verbal reasoning and reading skills proficiency. Through LSAT India, candidates are granted admissions to BA LLB/ LLM programs offered in India. Nearly 76 law colleges accept LSAT India Score.

Candiadtes can fill the examination form till May 15th .It is the responsibility of the aspirant to check and understand the eligibility standards of the law colleges they wish to apply for.

  • LSAT India 2019 is conducted once a year on May 26, 2019 over 20 cities in India
  • The registration window will become functional from October 04, 2018 in online mode.
  • Successfully registered candidates can download their LSAT Admit Card form May 05 to 19, 2019.
  • After the exam, LSAT Results will be declared online on June 08, 2019 at www.pearsonvueindia.com

LSAT India will be a pen and pencil based test with 4 sections namely Analytical Reasoning,Logical Reasoning,Logical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension.

Students are advised to attempt all the questions because there is no negative marking.

LSAT India Eligibility Criteria 2019 – Qualification required for five-year integrated law programmes


  • A candidate to appear in LSAT India 2019 need to qualify his/her 10+2 examination under senior secondary norms or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Securing at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination is mandatory.

After reading and understanding the LSAT India 2019 Eligibility Criteria and knowing the possibilities of admission into the applied programme, candidates now need to fill LSAT India Application Form 2019 which is available now from October 15, 2018 and candidates can submit the same by May 20, 2019.

Total time duration given to complete the test is 2 hours and 20 minutes without any break.

Five centres for LSAT:Chandigarh, Delhi (NCR), Jaipur, Lucknow, Dehradun.

There is no negative marking and students can attempt all the questions.
