A three year long course, Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a professional post-graduate programme for individuals aiming to delve deeper into the world of application development through the way of learning modern programming language. A blend of both - theoretical and practical knowledge, an MCA degree offers students a chance to work with tools meant to develop better and faster applications.MCA programmes are designed to meet the shortage of qualified professionals in the IT (Information Technology ) industry. M.B.A. Information Technology or Master of Business Administration in Information Technology is a postgraduate(2 years) Information Technology Management course. Information Technology course comprises the study of fundamentals and functional areas of both the management and Information Technology, in particular. The study of an M.B.A. degree in Information Technology covers the basics of emerging IT trends. Though integrating the management techniques and the IT fundamentals, still an M.B.A. degree in information technology is highly specialized. This M.B.A. degree program covers information technology syllabus in computer science, information database management and networking Information technology and also includes information management theory and related technology applications. The coursework also includes accounting, finance and economics related to the information technologies industry.
